Blend ginger, garlic, onion, aniseed. In a pot put all your proteins and add blended aromatics
Add Maggi Shrimp and Maggi D3d33d3 and cook till tender.
Pour palm oil in a heated pan on low heat then fry some of the protein and set aside. Start by frying some of the tuna till crispy and add in the blender onion and pepper mixture.
Add tomato paste, stir to combine and cook for 3 minutes. Add blended tomato mix; stir to combine and cooks for 3 minutes. Add stock mix to combine and cook for 3 minutes.
Add already cooked proteins plus smoked mackerel and give it a good mix. Cover and allow to cook for about 5 minutes or till it simmers down.
Add Maggi Shrimp, stir to combine and cover to simmer again and your delicious stew is ready after 5 minutes.
Wash Ayoyo/Jute leaves under running water 3 times to remove dirt. In a boiling water add baking soda before adding your washed ayoyo leaves. Take off the heat once it softens.
Blend the cooled ayoyo and add ayoyo stock in bits till desired taste is achieved. Serve with you hot TZ and enjoy
